　　一般在相对温度达到85%以下的环境下，高湿度的空气中，水分含量较高一些。水分蒸发快对水性漆膜有一定的影响，油漆是在低温高湿环境下施工对漆膜成分的形成有很大的影响，也会引起涂膜的表现出种种缺陷

　　水性工程机械防腐漆的施工环境要求
　　进行水性工程机械防腐漆施工最好要在10℃以上进行，这是因为水性产品在问下会出现不成膜等一系列的问题，一般底材温度对环境有很高要求。其次就是分散相粘度和玻璃化温度，固化反应是由水性环氧固化剂在扩散过程中的控制，分散相的粘度与玻璃化温度会影响到树脂的扩散率，所以温度越高越不利于固化分子的扩散，一定要考虑此因素的影响。
